Clean surface thoroughly. Remove all dirt, oil, and rust. Ensure substrate is dry.
Measure panel dimensions. Cut film with 5cm margin on all sides for trimming.
Align film with top edge. Use masking tape to hinge the top for large panels.
Peel backing gradually. Use squeegee from center outward at 45° angle. Minimum 10°C ambient.
Firm pressure squeegee for full adhesion. Trim excess with sharp blade along edges.
Apply heat (50-60°C) to edges and rivets. Allow 24h cure before exposure to elements.
Extends outdoor life to 7+ years. Prevents fading from UV exposure. Gloss and matte finishes available.
